Part Time Receptionist Primary responsibilities include answering multi-line phone system, greet and direct visitors, sort and distribute in-coming mail, prize distribution and record-keeping, light word processing and spreadsheet, supply ordering and maintenance, assorted clerical duties. Completes Affidavits of Performance for barter contracts. Prints and distributes contract confirmations. Requires a team player with multi-tasking ability, organizational skill, detail orientation, and computer literacy. Prior experience in receptionist or administrative assistant position a plus. Reports to Treasurer. Supports several departments. Submit salary history and requirements.
Director Of Sales Locally owned and operated, North American Broadcasting Co., Inc. has a very rare opportunity for sales management of its cluster of stations in Columbus, Ohio. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of radio sales management experience and be proficient in implementing and developing sales strategies with a veteran staff while holding sales executives accountable for their performance. Responsibilities include day-to-day cluster sales operations, achieving revenue goals, effectively managing the cluster sales department inclusive of managing inventory, pricing, hiring staff, and maintaining market visibility. Candidate is responsible for creating spot, non-spot and digital sales opportunities. Candidate must be a highly motivated leader with the ability to train, spend time in the field attending face-to-face calls with Account Executives and build strong relationships. Four year degree preferred. Promotions Internship

North American Broadcasting is seeking qualified interns for the promotions department. Interns will assist in carrying out marketing and promotional goals in listening areas for 99.7 The Blitz, as well as sister station 103.9 Jack FM and 920AM WMNI. Additional opportunities in other departments may be available. Interns must be attending an accredited university, receive course credit for the internship and must be available some evenings and weekends.
