|PT Promotions Coordinator||A Promotion Coordinator needs to possess strong written and verbal communication skills. They should be highly organized and an accomplished problem solver, as they deal with everyone from upper management, to staff, to clients on a regular basis. They also must be driven, professional, courteous, able to work well alone or with a team and comfortable delegating. Oftentimes, promotion coordinators must handle everyday tasks such as responding to email on top of their regular duties. Some of duties may include: Coordinating and running on-site events; Preparing prizes and release forms for on-air giveaways; Uploading pictures & Updating social pages with events and photos; Prepare check out sheets for appearances and copy points for jock's call-ins; Purchase and prepare prizes for appearances; Responsible for promotional recaps; Enter and schedule giveaways for on-air promotional inventory; Call winners to inform of prizing details; Create guest lists; File release forms; Other Duties as assigned by Promotions Director (take banners to clients, wash vans, restock necessary items for promotions, etc). Must be done in timely manner. MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE FUN!|
North American Broadcasting is seeking qualified interns for the promotions department. Interns will assist in carrying out marketing and promotional goals in listening areas for 99.7 The Blitz, as well as sister station 103.9 Jack FM and 920AM WMNI. Additional opportunities in other departments may be available. Interns must be attending an accredited university, receive course credit for the internship and must be available some evenings and weekends.
